He has handled all of my husband's problems, sending us to specialists as needed and managing his care perfectly. I am so grateful for him and his expertise in our healthcare. He is the best!

I've been seeing Dr. Setzenfand for the past 14 years. His office has always been accommodating and professional. I've never experienced a delay with scheduled appointments. I don't have major medical issues, but do see specialists for allergies & asthma. Dr. Setzenfand is informed and engaged. Just started with Dr. Setzenfand and both he and his staff are great. He took his time to listen to all my concerns and answered all my questions. He took the time to review my whole medical history and really understood the medical issues I have and was able to provide some good feedback.

Dr. Setzenfand is a caring physician who takes time with his patients. Because of this, sometimes appointment times slip 10 - 15 mins. He takes time to really listen and make sure you are comfortable with his diagnosis/advice. Easy to talk to.

He's been my PCP for 7 yrs-his diags have been "right on" - his referrals for hernia surgeon, heart surgeon have been "right on". He's not a great talker, all business, thorough and after all; health is paramount and that's his priority.

I needed a copy of my medical records and the office staff and the doctor was very rude. I ended up not even getting my records because they kept being so rude and refusing them to me.

Just sits in front of his laptop and clicks on boxes. Prescribed me the max dose of some acid reflux drugs. I went back in with stomach pains he thought it was muscular so told me to take ibprofen. Turns out I had an ulcer and the ibprofen was making it WORSE. Needs to spend more time determining your actual problem or better yet ... run a test! Not going back.
