Very friendly, good listener and speedy diagnosis. As a result , the extreme pain was gone in less than 15 minutes after treatment.

Staff could be a lot more friendly. Doctor is pretty much a cold and flu doctor.

This doctor lacks in medical knowledge. If you want to see someone for a routine cold, this is the doctor. If you have anything else wrong, find someone else. My daughter had whooping cough and I took her into his office three times before I could convince him that was what it was. I thought maybe he didn't know the symptoms because it isn't a wide spread illness anymore. So i continued to see him. My other daughter had something else wrong with her. I took her into his office and he was awful. Told us she shouldn't have this problem because she is young. Well we know that, that is why we are here. He wouldn't offer assistance . Most of his office staff are little slow also. There is one that really shouldn't be working there. She doesn't understand much at all. My poor daughter left feeling embarrassed and awful. Don't see this guy.

My husband received a phone call regarding a diagnosis, that could either be serious, or not, had no idea what the receptionist was saying, and when he asked, she told him to look his diagnosis and symptoms up on THE INTERNET. If you are worried you may or may not have something life-threatening wrong with you, do you really think the first place to dive into is the internet??? Thanks for the peace of mind. Dr. Small is a very good doctor and is very nice, but his staff needs work.
