Summary
Dr. Stevens received his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma Christian College in 1979. He received his dental degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1983 and received postgraduate training in anesthesia at Children's Memorial Hospital in Oklahoma City. He also has received postgraduate training in implant and restorative dentristry and TMJ therapy.
Dr. Stevens  serves as a consultant in anesthesia to the Oklahoma Board of Dentristry and serves as president of the Oklahoma Chapter of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. He has had articles published in the scientific literature and has been clinical instructor at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentristy.
Dr. Stevens has served as a team dentist for the Oklahoma City Blazers hockey team since 1992. He coached youth ice hockey for 14 years and still plays senior hockey himself. Dr. Stevens is a past board member of the American Heart Association and past president of the Capital Hill Lions Club.
