For over 15 years, Dr. Talley has been practicing pain management and providing relief to those suffering from back, neck and joint pain. Dr. Talley has performed over 20,000 pain relief procedures. Dr Talley’s is passionate about helping his patients by helping relieve their pain in a caring and comfortable environment.Dr. Talley graduated with honors from Florida State University with a degree in Chemistry, and from The Emory School of Medicine, where he also completed his internship.He is Board Certified by the ABA and is an advanced pain specialist, and is a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. He is currently the Medical Director of MD Pain Care and the Ambulatory Surgery Center. Dr Talley is on the Medical Staff at Rockdale Hospital and also at Athens Regional Medical Center.Dr. Talley has served as Chief of Anesthesia and Medical Director of the Pain Clinic at a Hospital in the Greater Atlanta Area, and is a former member of the United States Air …Force Reserve.

I been going there for awhile once I walk in I’m greeted with a smile then there’s a small conversation of how I’m doing. Once you go to the back you are again treated nice they make sure you’re not in pain if u are scared of needles as I am they will distract you are have someone to get your mind off of the needle they are like a second family to me which I love ?? U go in with pain leave out painless n full of love they take good care of you when you are there love you guys

Love the staff they’re more like family than anything when you go there you feel loved treated with kindest most of all they always greeted with a smile go in with pain an leave painless but to be honest I feel comfortable and safe cause I know my other family has me always take care of me.....????Keep up the good work you guys love you

Dr Talley and his staff are amazing. I am a very complicated case, and they stepped right up and have been able to assist me with my pain. I came to Ga from NY, and have found that the Dr. and his team have stepped right up to provide the best care possible. Many thanks and praise to the whole team, who make you feel very comfortable and confident in their procedures.

I love all the staff at Pain Md. Everytime I come weather to clinic or to have a procedure everyone is always concerned n so care about u as there patient. I have been coming to this office for 5 years n the staff is the same each time I come. Love my pain md family!

The clinicians that work in this group are the best! I typically see a PA, Alan, when I come in for normal office visits. He is very knowledgable, professional, and genuinely cares about the well being of his patient. As someone who suffers from chronic pain, I am so appreciative of the respectful and professional nature of all the staff.
