Roya Mohammadi

I had an appointment with Dr. Mohammadi and arrived 2 minutes late due to a wreck on the interstate. The frustrating part is that Dr. Mohammadi was still in an exam with another patient when I arrived, so my appointment hadn’t even started yet. I was told she “typically doesn’t see late patients,” but the receptionist said she would check after the current exam finished. Once Dr. Mohammadi finished with the patient before me, she still refused to see me and told me I’d need to reschedule. Being turned away over 2 minutes while the office was already running behind felt really disrespectful and like a complete lack of consideration for a patient’s time. I’ll be finding another practice that values their patients and shows a little more flexibility when circumstances are out of someone’s control.
