The nicest office I've ever been in. Staff is very friendly and do a very good job at what they do. Use of radio fr communication is smart. Tv and headphones help make procedures torable. Dr. Is very knowledgable and friendly.

I have become skeptical of Dentists period but saw an opportunity for a free evaluation twice in 2012 the first Dentist in La Mesa was a waste of time. Then I saw Dr. Niakiani offices and her staff- They were professional and thorough. I had a bridge done my another bad Dentist removed and 2 implants but in. She was very caring and sensitive to pain - i had no problems - when i came back to have the teeth put on the implants one was perfect and the other was off a bit by the lab so she sent it back to make it perfect. not 2 weeks went by and i lost a front Veneer Friday night - i called at 9:45PM and she called me back at 8AM the next morning and had me in the chair at 8:30 Monday morning-- temporary is in place -looks good -- i don't really look forward to going to any Dentist but i know I'm in the best hands with Roya. it's a family place her husband works the front desk and i've even run into them at Costco with their kids.
