I liked her a lot

I'm so angry with this doctor's office. I was a patient a year and a half ago. I had bloodwork ordered by Dr. Rakhshani (who, I must say, was very warm and pleasant as was her nurse). I called for the results soon after and was told by the receptionist that everything was negative. So I spent the next year and a half dealing with my issue, telling other doctors I tested negative for what it seemed to be, and going crazy trying to figure out what else it could be. I moved away, but while suffering badly with my issue recently, something told me to call back just to double check the results. Glad I followed my gut! The receptionist (Jennifer) told me that one of my tests was POSITIVE! I was STUNNED yet relieved because it was the only explanation. Jennifer demonstrated no regret or concern other than telling me to go see another doctor (aka fork out another $100+). She was, as many others have said, cold and robotic. She wasn't even remotely apologetic until I made it clear how… shocked and upset I was to not have been give the correct results a year and a half ago. I requested Dr. Rakhshani call me to confirm my results (as should've been done a year and a half ago when I paid for it) so I could hear the diagnosis directly from her and move forward. She still hasn't called, despite me calling daily to see where I am in the "cue" (and Jennifer being rude every time). I understand I'm not a priority, esp since I'm not going to be a "paying customer" anymore, but it would take less than 5 minutes to look at my test results and call me to confirm, and give me a prescription... It's the LEAST they could do after screwing up a year and a half ago. I wouldn't be surprised if it was Jennifer who didn't give me the correct results over the phone which would explain why she wasn't eager to help. Even if I still lived in OC, I would NEVER go back to this doctor's office. It's not so much the mistake in giving me the correct test results that has me so angry, it's the lack of concern, desire, and sense of urgency to make it right.

I had heard from my friend that Dr Rakhshani was a good gynocologist. Needed to have. A pap so I scheduled an app.with her. Staff was cold and unfriendly. I let that pass assuming Dr would be professional. She was cold and barely spoke to me. Now I am wondering if I will go back for a second visit. Where do you find a good gynecologist?

I have been a patient of the Doctors for years. She is a very caring individual, gentle and great bedside manner.

Horrific experience.

The doctor is good - The front office girl Jennifer is rude and incompetent. She was rude to an elderly woman!!! I'm so Sorry if I asked questions that hadn't been confirmed with me.. Oh Yeah I forgot, it's only my health. Not %100 confident that my care was taken seriously. I agree with an above post, Jennifer does not represent the doctor well. .... I just couldn't let this go, it was THAT bad

I don't recommend her to anyone she is a horrible doctor her staff is worst than the dr ra I don't like her

Great Doctor, been seeing Dr Rakhshani for a few years now. The Front office staff has had some good and some bad. The Newest office receptionist/front desk lady jennifer is awful and has a bad attitude. Doesn't represent Dr Rakhshani in a good way.

It is true. Dr. Rakhshani is polite, professional, and her concern for her patients is paramount. I have been seeing Dr. R for more than 20 years and I regret the day she retires because nobody will be able to replace her awesome bedside manner.

AWFUL staff still!! I had my appt rescheduled twice, got lost finding their new location after I specifically picked them because their old location was close to home. figured I would still give them a shot. I wouldnt be suprised with the comment below with all the malpractice suits on this practice... AVOID!
