Before joining AllianceHealth Medical Group, Dr. Bargas graduated cum laude from Michigan State University and earned her medical degree from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Vallejo, California finishing in the top 1% of her class. She completed her internal medicine residency and fellowships in cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Dr. Bargas is an avid outdoorswoman and amateur gourmet chef who enjoys travelling with her …husband, Jon, and her son, J.T. She has served as Chair of the Oklahoma City Circle of Red, a division of the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women campaign to raise awareness of heart disease in women. Dr. Bargas is a member of Crossings Community Church, and currently volunteers her time and expertise at Crossings Community Clinic, providing medical care to Oklahomans who are uninsured or otherwise without access to health care.
