Dr. Roza Israel, MD

It took there staff 1 Year to get approvals. When I told the doctor what had been happening she told me that I was bothering her staff, because I kept asking them for my approvals. She also told me that she did not want me there because I told her about one of her staff members bad manners. On another occasion I asked one of her nurses if they had the prevnar13 shot, she said yes an half hour before I saw her (Dr.). when I asked her she said that she did not. When I replied that the nurse said yes a half hour before, she made a facial expression and then said not today. Her wait time is not 13 minutes, it's between 2 and 3 Hours. Her bed side manner is not professional with me. When I said what the heck is going on, after waiting 3 hours. She decided that she wanted to argue with me because I said what the heck is going on with the wait time. I'm not the only one two complain. It happens all the time. While I feel that she is generally a good Dr., she needs a few lessons in bed side… manner, also in keeping anonymity about me in front of other patients. She has broken her oath to do no harm as a Dr. with me. Had she gotten my approvals within 2 weeks, like the insurance said instead of putting it off for one year, I would not have hemorrhaged. Had I had my colonoscopy a year earlier. Perhaps the mass in my colon would have been have the size. Now I need more surgery and may have cancerous nodes. The insurance has been no piece of cake either. They love saying not approved!!!! When your nice and honest with people, almost always they will fine a way to make ones life miserable. May God forbid when one gets upset, then your a trouble maker. All I want is to stay healthy and praise my God. Sincerely ___ rights violated and a law suit away.....

Overall she is a good doctor, takes time to spend with the patient. She gave an accurate diagnosis, but was very conservative to prescribe medication, my symptoms persisted due to it. She is knowledgeable and professional.

Dr. Israel is an exceptional doctor and I would recommend her highly.

The wait time was not long at all, the staff was very professional and courteous. Dr.Israel was very patient with me and took the time to explain everything i had questions about, i never felt rushed or that i wasn't fully attended to. I recommend her to all my friends and family. Thank you Dr.Israel!

I had a very bad experiencfe with the Forest Hills Location, but the Queens Blv location on the other hand, are at the top of my list for professionalism, they are courteous and patient, especially with me who sometimes can be very difficult, they never once lose their temper, but the forest hills location needs big improvement with their staff, they are very rude.

Lovely doctor, generous with her time. Never rushes you, and answers all your questions. Her staff is caring as well. Is diligent about follow-ups. A postive experience, which is unusual in today's medical enviroment.
