Dr. Ruben Cintron, MD

Dr Cintron was very accommodating, asking me about my life beyond medical issues. He wants to get to know what makes me tick. Every time I leave a message I get a call back. Once I didn't pick up, and forgot to call back. The next day the office called again to complete the connection.

They ask you to leave a message with your data and phone number but they never call you back. I've left 4 messages and never received a call.

Dr Cintron is a great doctor. He takes a personal interest in helping patients with answers to their health concerns.

Normally an office staff that was a little sloppy wouldn't really bother me,.Unfortunately when you cant get them to call you back, it doesnt really matter how good the Doctor is. Kinda sad too, since I think the Doctor is very knowledgeable. Maybe if you have a life threatening illness the staff is more receptive, but for ordinary nerve pain or for any test follow up, go somewhere else.

Dr Cintron referred me to Dr Bernad who spent nearly two years testing me and remaining baffled by my degenerative neurologic issues. My vagus nerve was severely injured and most issues are caused by it and osteo as well as trauma narrowing of my spinal column. If Dr Cintron would accept that I am not sick I could hopefully get the treatment I really need. Instead it's been difficult to get in touch with his new office. My other doctors accept that I'm injured. I feel abandoned.

Dr. Cintron has treated my wife for a non-cancerous brain tumor and for migraines. His patience, ability to listen, and assess a treatment is second to none. We have and will continue to recommend him to our family, friends, and coworkers....

No none in this office really cares about patients, pain and suffering. have left 4 messages. just heard back today, after 4 -5 days with a promise that doc will check his emails at 2 pm and will respond. No response yet so the next option is an ER visit for a chronic condition that can be managed by medication. just waiting for a non-narcotic refill order!

I have been seeing Dr Cintron for 20 years and only pleased with the care that I have received. Awards that he has received are well deserved!

Bad experience here. I ignored warnings of other patients on another rating site about the terrible staff. Be warned. It is not worth the frustration you will have. Dr. was not that good, either.

I have been seeing Dr. Cintron for years now. At one of the lowest times of my life, Dr. Cintron was able to diagnose and treat me when I was unsuccessful in finding any other doctor that could. I can’t say enough about his professionalism, patience and caring that he has for his patients. I drive one and a half hours to see him and I would drive further if I had to. I highly recommend him!
