I have called his office 3 times for appt and no one has called me back.

HE IS VERY KIND, HE REALLY CARES FOR THE PATIENTS & HE IS A GREAT DOCTOR. NOW A DAYS IS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND A DOCTOR WHO REALLY CARE FOR HIS PATIENTS. HE REALLY CARES.

I love Dr. Perez and his medical assistant. By far the best PCP in the area. As a nurse myself, I can definitely rate him as excellent. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

I was Happy with doctor Ruben Perez. Great doctor, friendly and good listener. I was very happy with him. My problem was the phone calls back!!! After my second visit with doctor Perez, I havd to make a follow up appoitment. I called several times, for about 3 weeks leaving them messages and never I get back from them. I had to change to a new doctor because of the lack of comunication from their side

This is my primary Dr. and he's also my father's Dr. all I can say is that he's the best Dr. in town. Very professional, he spends time explaining diagnosis or situation, plans, etc. The staff are also very nice and courteous. AAAAA+++++

I' recommend Dr. Perez to anyone. He really does take time to listen to you, and to explain the course of action to get you well.

The doctor is not bad the staff are rude. the secretary is the worst I have ever seen she sent my papers to another clinic she will tell you that she's going to call you back and never calls. She will tell you that she's going to fax the papers and she doesn't you have to call over and over again so that she can send it . I have told the doctor about the situation and he hasn't done nothing to fix the problem. If he were to change the secretary I would consider going back

I was looking for a Physician who was certified in Internal Medicine. I looked into, Dr. Perez, including his training and history. I have been very pleased with my decision to see him. He is very knowledgeable and you are not rushed thru your visit. He takes the time to explain everything.

I was worried about seeing a new Dr. Due to ins change but no need . Dr Perez was calm easy to talk to and he listened . He made me feel like he cared. I'm glad he's my new Dr.

Dr. Perez has been my PHP going on two years. I've been to a few Doctors in my life and I must say, I couldn't have found a better Doctor to replace the treatment I was receiving from the VA. Dr. Perez restored my faith in Doctors. He listens with concern and truly keeps me informed. I highly recommend Dr. Perez.
