He takes cares of my three kids since they were born and he's is the best doctor with doctor Curbelo. The waiting is long but it's worth it

Dr. Roncallo used to be my pediatrician. Dr. Roncallo and Dr. Curbelo actually care about their patients and they also have a very friendly staff!

Ive been in the lobby forever ...over an hour and i arrived ten min early...two girls at the cpu...how does he make money...better yet help our children

I chose this pediatrician because he was my husbands pediatrician when he was a child. When I first walked in it was a bit intimidating because the office just does NOT look clean. I have two children and every time I make an appoitment I end up waiting for over an hour. The longest I have waited was about two hours and I can honestly say I was in the room for no more than five minutes. The staff is rude over the phone and even more in person. Out of the entire time I have been with Border Pediactrics I rarley see Dr. Roncallo. Very unhappy with this office and will never go back again!

needs to have some sort of magazines for parents to see sports mainly and also to have more toys for the kids
