Dr. Rubie Sue Jackson, MD

Dr. Rubie Jackson specializes in surgery with a focus on breast care and cancer treatment. She earned her medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University Alan and Marlene Norton College of Medicine and completed her residency at MedStar Health. With 19 years of experience in surgical practice, Dr. Jackson has developed expertise in treating complex breast conditions. She speaks English with her patients.

Dr. Jackson practices at Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center and the Rebecca Fortney Breast Center in Annapolis, Maryland. She treats patients with breast cancer, including metastatic or recurrent cases, and Paget disease of the breast.
