Dr. Rubina Wadud, MD

I found Dr. Wadud on a recommendation of a friend. I had decided to leave my former doctor when I was told he had no time for questions. My friend said she often ran late, but when it was your turn, she would spend all the time required to thoroughly answer questions, explain test results and discuss a plan of action. I have been with her for many years now, having decided she is well worth the wait.

Dr. Wadud has been my family's Doctor since 2009. Never have I had a Dr. spend more time me. The wait is generally long, but the time you get with Dr. Wadud is effective. I highly recommend her or Dr. Emmran.

Great Dr. who takes the time to listen and talk you through illness. She truly embodies what you want in a Dr. I have been a patient of hers for 16 years and absolutely love her!

LOVE Dr. Wadud and her nurse but the front desk gossipers are rude, lazy and treat you like you are intruding on their time. They never follow through with Dr Waduds referrals. I have been going to Dr Wadud for over 7 years...tired of the long wait and the incompetant front desk.

I really like Dr. Wadud, but her staff are rude and incompetent. While clients are standing in line to talk to the receptionists, they are behind their counter gossiping and acting unprofessional. Additionally, after getting some out-of-office tests, they lost the results because they placed them in another patient's folder. I called for months inquiring about these test results, and they finally figured out they misplaced them. Final note: Dr. Wadud is wonderful, but her staff is so rude and the office is so mismanaged it's not worth the trouble.

Nurses and staff can be rude and there can be a long wait time but Wadud is pleasant and thourough, at least until you reach the end of her knowledge and expertise. When she inisted on a diagnosis I knew could not be correct I knew it was time to move on.

Dr. Wadud has always taken her time with me, but I have had to wait up to 3 hours past my appt. to even see her. Her office staff at the Myrtle Beach office is horrendous. They are EXTREMELY rude and uncaring. (i.e. front desk girl could not get off her duff to open the front door for an elderly gentleman). If she was not a good doctor I would have left a long time ago b/c it is hard to find a good Dr. in M.B.

Really feel comfortable with this DR., she has been a great help in getting my health back!
