Dr. Ruchi Nanda

Dr. Nanda did my braces about 15 years ago, I still get compliments almost every day about how beatiful my teeth look! Highly recommend you see her- she works magic with teeth!

All I can say is yes. To her. Her care. Her staff. If your looking for orthodontic treatment I definitely would say go there!! My daughter went for her 1st time about 2 weeks ago. There were about 13 people being treated and there wasn't a lot of staff so she wasn't there very long.. Maybe about 5 mins. BUT she was honest and very friendly! I would for sure say go there!! Thank you Dr.Nanda!! I can't wait for my daughter to get her braces on in a couple weeks! Sooooo exited for my baby to have a big beautiful smile!ð???ð???

Here's the bottom line: When my braces were taken off after 2 1/2 years......Dr. Nanda never said a word, turned around and walked off. The assistant never got me a mirror to look at my teeth. I knew this was NOT good. The center of my front and bottom teeth do NOT match-up! She kept trying to take off my braces and my teeth weren't even straight yet! I paid up front and once she got her money, her goal was to get me out as soon as possible. I had to FIGHT to have her keep me in treatment until my teeth were straight! BAD, ALL-ROUND experience! PLEASE find a different doctor!

Do not Recommend Ruchi Nanda!EVERY time I went in they would leave long wires in the back I would have to return the next day to have the wires re cut because they were left poking into my mouth leaving holes and sores. Huge inconvenience and painful. I feel sorry for the children in her care who may be going through what I have endured. The whole experience was awful from beginning till I finally had enough and changed Dr. I was very uncomfortable every time I had to go in to her office. I do not find her to be a pleasant person, she does not explain anything and is rude if you ask any questions. She would talk over me when I would ask questions. and there was so much more I was unhappy with. So many Reasons I left and changed Drs walking away from thousands of $ I couldn't take going into her office 1 more time.

Absolutely terrible! Do not waste your time and money!

At first I Thought this would be a great place to take my kids, when I went in for my son first Appointment the secretary did not look up and knowledge us as we signed in Nor did she smile the whole time we were waiting to be called back The second thing that was brought to my attention that my son pointed out to me the bugs that were all along the floor behind the seat After noticing that I took my coffee which I had gotten from the office and went over to throw it away in the trash in the cabinet and there I saw a dead mouse At this point I could not wait to get out of this dirty office.

I got to her office, really upbeat office and a nice office staff. Waited, not more than 10 minutes, had a coffee while my son had his appointment. HIs teeth are looking great, it has only been 6 months. Dr. Nanda has been doing a great job. My daughter is next!

I feel like an idiot. I let this doctor convince me she could do my daughter's braces without having to pull any teeth, but four months into the treatment she tells me we will have to pull teeth. After she charges me way more, to avoid pulling teeth, only to keep the charges and pull teeth. I don't understand her logic, other than her telling me one thing just to get started, when she knew it wouldn't be possible. She talks down to me like I don't comprehend what she is saying, when I do, but why make a contract with me that says "Non-Extraction" and charge an arm and a leg, and tell me it can't be done without pulling teeth. Already in the process of changing orthodontists and eating the cost she's already charged me for. Her staff always seems like they're in a bad mood, and take it out on the children, not caring or being compassionate at all. Absolutely terrible experience and I would not send anyone there. Ever.
