Dr. Rui Yang, MD

I have been a patient of Dr Yang for many years and she has always been a wonderful doctor for me. She listens to me carefully and make helpful suggestions and ordered important tests that turn out to be important for my health. I am very grateful to have her as my physician.

I only saw Rui once, and I was decidedly unimpressed. She seems to be very much out of her depth, unable to perform her job of providing services to people who actually need healthcare. Also, the medications I take were entered incorrectly in almost every case.

Dr. Yang is thorough and professional.

She was my first PTP after several (well like 9) years of no ptp care. She heard my concerns and gave me appropriate medication . Although she didn't always give me the answers I wanted to hear she was always fair and has a very good bedside manner. I would recommend her. The staff is always kind as well.

My experience at this Doctor's office is very poor. To start off, the staff are unprofessional. I needed a doctor's note to be faxed to my place of employment, after two follow up calls to see if the note was faxed, it still was not. I had to travel to the clinic and physically ask the staff to fax the document to my place of employment. The total amount of days it took them from the time of my first request was over 7 business days. My visits with Dr. Rui were rushed and unthourough. I felt that she didn't give me the medical information that I needed for my symptoms. I have now decided to go with a different doctor. I had my annual pap smear and my new doctor was able to give me accurate test results and explain to me what it meant. It has been over a year since I've been to Dr. Rui's office and today I received a phone call from her office. The woman stated that she had my pap smear results and I told her that I have not seen Dr. Rui in over a year. In fact the results… she gave me were different from the results my new doctor gave me. The woman was very unprofessional and was rushing me to get off the phone, most likely because she realized that she made a mistake. I would not recommend this Dr.'s office to anyone. The staff are unprofessional and the Dr. seem uninformed/uneducated about her practice--not to mention, it is very difficult to understand her.

My wife is a resident of a nursing home where she receives PT to regain strength after a 21/2 month stay in the hospital.Dr Yang is the house physcian there and was preforming a routine trake removal.The doctor did not know how to put together the smaller trake which was a replacement for the larger trake my wife had in her throat. She was not able to get the trake out of my wifes throat after yanking so forcefully that my wifes head was lifted off the bed. When she took a second try at it I stopped her. The doctor left the room, walked to the door of the facility where she ran to her car and almost ran into a passing car as she sped from the lot, leaving my wife behind.Today we saw the doctor, Dr. Boskind who originally inserted the trake, saving my wifes life in the process and he removed the trake like it was a walk in the park,Dr Yang should go back to China and stay there!!!
