I'd like to give 2 stars, however with chasing down the staff and trying to get an understanding of what happened during the procedure. I think everything went ok . . . Mid March was the procedure and I'm hounding the office a month later. Below is a small C&P from my email. It's been over a month since the procedure and I have had to chase down the office to find out what has happened/the results -- in my mind this can be construed as an act of negligence. I have no idea what the prescriptions are used for or if they are still valid -- again no follow up for understanding.

I have gone to this practice for the last 3 months. This has been 3 months too long. I have met the actual Dr. 1 time after multiple visits always with the PA. Trying to get a reasonable time frame for a next or follow up visit is ridiculous. They won’t provide any lab or test results over the phone you just have to wait. Such a disappointment. #movingon

I have been going to Dr Daccak for six years and the last 3 years i have only seen the Dr. 3 times when i have a colonospy surgery. I pay 35 dollars each visit to see a P.A. not a Dr.

I've been a patient for years and so has my wife.. His staff is wonderful! I would recommend to anyone looking for a GI doctor.

Dr. Daccak is a good doctor, but his staff is just horrible. When it comes to getting lab results, or the office sending in digital orders to the pharmacist for prescriptions, I have had nothing but problems. As to lab results, there are no phone calls from the office to tell you the results. Instead, they give you a link to go online and check said results, however, there are always server issues, thus, no results. The communication of his staff is horrible. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing concerning his office workers and staff. 3 times digital orders were to be called into my pharmacy and each time, the orders were never sent. When I phone to tell them, I get the almighty run around. Have also had problems w/ insurance approving said medications and have called numerous times to office to tell them, each time they say will call insurance provider, but it is not done.

I may have waited a while to see him, but it was worth it! His staff is so professional and extremely helpful. I would recommend him to anyone that cares about their health!

All he wants is your money. The only reason the he's office called me back was to tell me that i had to pay him more money than the office visit that they had all ready charged for. Because they forgot to mention that little detail, never to give me any kind of results. aperenttly the where hospital that he performed the endoscopy ct scan just charges for the sedation and he charges the rest thats what i was told by his office.
