My partner and I went to see Dr Owen for your typical annual exam. He was friendly enough, but do not be fooled. The whole thing has been a complete disaster. First we got charged for consultation, when it should have been part of our annual visit. We have also received multiple bills from the various labs and bloodwork because things were not filed correctly. You would think this would be an easy fix. Well, getting in touch with the office in any way is quite impossible. They almost never answer their emails or their phones. And to be honest, when they do answer their phones the office staff isn?t friendly or understanding. The amount of time I have had to spend trying to get this resolved is ridiculous, and at this point in time it is still not fixed. I finally paid for the medical bill from his office, but am continuing to fight over the lab and bloodwork bills. We will never return and I truly hope you don’t either.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Owen's for about five years now, and we both think he's great. He's extremely knowledgeable, he listens to his patients, he has a wonderful sense of humor, and is an all-around fantastic primary care physician.

ever feel like your doctor is a pimp doesn't listen to what ails you sand perscribes meds that don't work makes one wonder if a kick back doesn't come in to play .

I attended my routine physical; During the whole exam he told me everything would be covered as I was very scared - I have very high anxiety & crying when I saw him. I let him know I can’t usually get blood drawn without fainting so if it wasn’t free or included; I’d like to skip. Plus, I didn’t have the money & lots of health issues. He said it was included price and all and I gave blood and threw up after getting lightheaded and passing out. Then he would not give me my results until I paid another $30 dollars which they charged me for without giving me the results. My insurance then let me know he sent all information to his own lab, did exams nobody should have on me, and charged me for it. My doctors have requested my results for 3 months now and they won’t send them. I’ve been dealing with this for almost a year now.

I am bewildered by the 2020 review on here. Dr. Owen and his staff were all very nice to me and I was taken in almost immediately when I was a new patient. Dr. Owen thanked me for coming and was apologetic about their computer system being down. I had blood drawn in the office that day. They also called in refills for my meds immediately. Highly recommend even though I had to be a cash patient as he does not take my insurance.

I recently moved to California and wanted to get my prescriptions in place becase I have a Generalized Anxiety Disorder and insomnia I need medication for. I found this place because of the ¨great” reviews which I can only asume are fake or paid for. They keep you waiting for at least one and a half hours to see the the doctor for 5 minutes. Even though my insurance fully covered the visit, they overcharged me a copay of $50, which later I found is way above anything any other medical providers charge in the state of Nevada (in California my copays were never more than $30). Once I saw the doctor, he seemed to be rushing to get me out. I was very specific in why I visited, I needed my medication. The doctor said they needed to get my records in order to prescribe. I thought that would be an easy process. Almost two months after my visit, I still have no medication. Even though I didn’t ask for it, they decided to run blood tests (which later I found they overcharged the insurance… for, way more than what it would cost in California or anywhere else in the States). About two weeks after my visit they reached to discuss my test results. I had always gotten a written report from my doctors and no further follow up if it wasn’t needed. So I assumed this would be quick phone call. They however decided to charge me ANOTHER $50 copay!!! As if it would’ve been a real doctors visit. The phone call lasted about 5 minutes as there wasn’t really anything to be discussed, everything in my tests was fine and under normal values. How incredibly unethical is this?! And now in order to get my prescription they want me to go into the office AGAIN. They have my previous records, the hundreds of dollars paid for by me and my insurance, every single piece of information they need, but still insist on another useless office visit. In Corona Virus times, to ask someone to go into a doctors office for no real reason, to pay again for something that was already paid for, can only mean they are crooks. I seriously can’t find one positive thing to say about this place. The office assistants are also very blunt and rude at times. BEWARE. Go literally anywhere else but here.

I took my family of five to this doctor and he booked us 15 minutes apart for a first time visit. He took no tests, not blood or urine for a base line. He rushed us out and was totally disconnected. My kids all left feeling totally dismissed. I am a stroke survivor and he asked me no questions about my well being surrounding that. I am sad my family had this experience.

I had Coolsculpting done and I have not had any success. In fact the dress I bought prior to my sessions is too small. Waste of $4900. I just want my money back for the sessions I didn't use.

Excellent career,clinic was clean, staff was amazing. Dr.Owen was very tentative to the care i needed. Definitely recommend for ALL medical needs
