Dr. Rumana Alauddin Rahman, MD

Just to be clear this review is for the staffs not the doctor herself. Called in for an appointment 2 week in advance, but was told to just walk-in on a given date cause we were gonna pay to be seen. On the appointment date we went in at around 1230 and the staff told us that we couldn't be seen at that moment and to just fill out a form and go back at 4pm, basically given another appointment on an appointment date. We went back at 4pm and were told just cause we weren't given an exact time and cause we were paying cash that we'll have to wait till everyone is seen first. As I'm writing this review it 530pm and we are still waiting. Until they learn to better manage their time and appointments I'll never go back nor recommend this doctors office to anyone.
