Dr. Rumki Banerjee, MD

I had horrible, inappropriate, and unprofessional experiences with both Dr Banerjee and her husband. She dismissed a serious problem so bady it resulted in me having an organ removed. She insisted someone who had never done a pelvic exam before should do mine, (despite me having 4 irregular exams in the past) yelled at her in front of me, and when I explained I wanted her, the Dr who I was scheduled to see do it, she scoffed and complained. She was playing a game on her phone with the sound full on and didn't even stop to close or hide her phone to talk to me. She said it was "disgraceful" to wear a ring on my ring finger and not be married? And spent more time arguing about my jewelry then looking into the serious medical condition I was there to see her for. She walked out of the room while I was spread out in stirrups, multiple men and children walked by making eye contact with me. I complained and the staff member said she "would be right back". After 10 minutes when she didn't… come back and my knees were still spread and shaking, I asked her staff member if we could please either close the door or get the Dr back in the room. The staff member said she "would get the Dr" then ended up going home. Dr Banerjee and her staff left me sitting in stirrups in my room, turned off the lights, and left the office. After the automatic light turned off and another 10 minutes passed I got up, got dressed, and realized everyone went home, except for Mr Dr Banerjee. Her husband yelled at me for still being in the office, said I lied about having an appointment that day, and commented on my clothing. When I called the staff the next day to say I was left in my room, they said it "didnt happen". I have Google maps data having me in that location for 3 hours that day, and there for over 40 minutes past when they closed. The office refused to give me the results and records and of my exam for over 4 months. I could've gotten proper medical care sooner if I went somewhere, anywhere else, she does NOT care for her parents well being.

I really wanted to like this practice I went various times just giving it a chance because it is close by and had good hours. Multiple times I was kept in the waiting room for long periods when there was barely anyone in the office. Various times she had to go look online to see what the issue was and what to prescribe. One time when I was pregnant and she had no clue what to give me. Another time she tried to get me to do some sort of natural tea or some homeopathic med when I was sick as a dog with an infection and clearly needed an antibiotic. Also once you do get to see her, she doesn't provide a thorough exam and is quick in and out. I feel like my doctor should know what she is doing and prescribing and give thorough exams, not just charge a ton to me and my insurance for 5 minutes of time. I would definitely caution people from coming here. I actually believe it is unsafe. The one positive, the nurses were always great and fast.

Left her care a few years ago. She at first started out a great doctor and I was very impressed with her. Then she started being rude each time I went in. Well went to s new doctor and it was the best decision I made. Never going back.

I have heard her gossiping outside of the rooms. Every time you go in they have a new staff. By far the worst and the most greedy doctor. Save your self some time and money and find someone else!

Dr. Banerjee was very nice and asked a lot of good questions in order to get to know me. I look forward to working with her to be more healthy.

I am actually currently in medical school, so I know a thing or two about how clinics are operated. Don't be fooled into thinking she is with other patients at all times. That is quite literally impossible if she spends 5 minutes with each of them at a maximum. She was not even seeing other patients today while I was waiting in my exam room. She was speaking outside my examination room with her staff in regards to her personal life. I later stepped out to remind her that I was there, and she pointed instead of responding verbally. I actually recorded my interactions with her and can gladly post them online if need be. I have a voiceover of her talking about her personal life with her staff instead of seeing the one patient she had. I literally finished two entire episodes of my favorite TV series and could have likely finished a third as well. I also know how long it takes to run a diagnostic exam for the flu as well. With the technology present at her office, I should have… taken less than 15 minutes, not an additional 30 minutes. She is quite literally the worst doctor ever. Btw, she is super judgemental and will likely lecture you on why you should not be sexually active if you're Asian. Want to get birth control from her office, she will break confidentiality and tell your parents. This happened to my friend. I promise you that there are other, affordable physicians within this area. If you live close to her office and think you will save time by staying here, you are playing yourself as you will actually still save time by seeking care from a distant provider. Finally, I was coughing and she did not wait for me to finish completely before shoving a cotton swab up my nose to take a diagnosic sample. No other patients were there so she could have waited. My nose still hurts because I shifted my position while coughing and she goes prettyyyyy deeep. Many of my friends have also spoken to me about her quality of care, they also thought it was trash. I work at a free clinic, you will literally be treated better there.

Every time i go there is a new nurse or medical assistant. Seems like people keep moving out of the practice

If you are looking for help beyond medicine- this is the only clinic in town to help you. Nurse Practition saw me first and next visit was with Dr B. Allergist could not diagnose my rash but DR B did. I am greatful !!!

She has a fellowship in Holistic Medicine , knows her subject very well. Hasimoto Thyroidistis, Dietebes, Cholesterol , Autoimmune Inflammatory response is her expertee. She did Allergy testm Food sensitivity test, micronutrient test , gave me IV vitamins, Detox lymphatic massage - I am back to my original me after 5 years,

Excellent doctor. We have had to wait in waiting room way beyond appt times then wait in exam room for quite a while as well.
