Dr. Rummel Tiu Moya, MD

Not all Cleveland Clinic doctors are created equal. By far, Dr. Rummel Moya has the WORST BEDSIDE MANNERS I have ever experienced in a primary doctor. I find it hard to believe he's a Cleveland Clinic doctor. I want a doctor who genuinely cares about my condition and well being, he's shown me otherwise on numerous occasions. Look elsewhere for your healthcare needs.

His bedside manner is atrocious. He doesn’t listen, doesn’t ask questions, and frankly, doesn’t care. Especially if you catch him when he’s ready to go home for the day. An embarrassment to CCF, who should also be ashamed.

Dr. Moya was very short-tempered with me and asked me very rhetorical, passive-aggressive questions. When I wanted to get a second opinion on something I was having worsening symptoms with, he asked, "Do you not trust what your doctor told you? Why didn't you do what he said?" He even froze in place, threw his hands up in the air, and said "I don't know what you want me to do." I've never felt more disrespected in a clinical setting in my entire life. I've seen him twice so far (for walk-in clinic visits) and he has been rude both times.

I have been going to him for many years and I would recommend to anyone. He has called me himself to let me know about results. He has even called me to ask if I was doing ok after a procedure.

Dr Moya is an excellent physician. He is very professional prompt and personable.
