Dr. Rupa S Pachigolla, MD

Dr is good although hard to get in with her only working two days a week. Every time I've been in there is a different lady at the front desk along with so many nurse changes a patient can't keep up with them. Doesn't give a person a good feeling.

I have been seeing Dr. Rupa for some time now and she seems to be very knowledgeable about any issues or concerns that I am having, however I've never seen a professional business that has so many turn overs with their staff. In the couple years I have been seeing her they have had several nurse changes, but the one there now is extremely rude and incompetent. I've been dealing with a serious health situation which requires a specialist and insurance requires PCP referral. After making an appointment to specifically get the referral Dr Rupa stated she would send the referral STAT. It took the nurse over 24 hours to send the referral. Also Dr. Rupa has changed her office hours to only 2 days a week. I don't know how a PCP is suppose to care for their patients with that work schedule.

Dr. Rupa Pachigolla is my favorite doctor ever! She is so kind and very thorough in her care of my health. I fully trust her and thank her for bringing me to the the most healthy I have been in a long time.

I have no personal complaints against Dr. Rupa Pachilgolla's because I really do like her, however, I have recently started to doubt the COMPETENCY of her and her staff. She is a very nice and calm person who seems to care about her patients. Like one other review stated, it is difficult to get a return phone call from this office. And they do not respond to pharmacy request. And the staff turnover in the office is very concerning. In my short time as a patient there I have seen multiple staff changes. The last time I saw her, she didn't even have correct med info that I had just given to the nurse. She scolded me for non-compliance on having blood work done when in fact I did have the blood work done and she had to go find it. I've never had an issue with my other Drs receiving blood work results from the same lab. There have been several other issues that have raised red flags but too many to list.

I came in with one complaint and I end up being referred to 3 other doctors. She didn't complete 2 referrals the correct way and I was stuck with paying for her mistake. I called the office to ask why I was getting bills from a doctor she referred me to and the receptionist admitted the doctor messed the referral up and told me they would fix it. Months later it's not fixed and I get more bills from the doctors she referred me to. I went ahead and paid one but now others are piling up after they said they would fix it.

Dr. Rupa is the doctor I have come to trust with my life. I feel she is great and I have recommended her to my friends.

I've been trying for three days to get a refill for a prescription. The pharmacy has faxed over several refill requests and I've gotten two confirmations from the clinic that they have received the refill requests. Either the office personnel is not forwarding the request to the doctor or the doctor will not refill the prescription. I haven't been asked to come in for another appointment and no one has explained why the doctor won't refill the prescription. BTW, the prescription is for high blood pressure.

My daughter and I started seeing Dr. Rupa less than 1 year ago. We are healthy and haven't needed to see her much but out of the few times we have had SCHEDULED appointments SHE WAS NOT THERE 4 TIMES!!! I did not receive a phone call to let me know. I showed up, she didn't! I have never had this happen with any other doctor. The office staff is not friendly, helpful or apologetic. If you call into the office and have to leave a message don't expect a call back in a timely manner. It will take about 2 days. Once I never got a call back and all I needed was to schedule an appointment. Needless to say, I FIRED MY DOCTOR!

I have had great experiences with Dr. Pachigolla, and I have referred her to several family members, who have all been extremely happy. Barring one unhappy receptionist, visits are smooth and easy.
