My daughter highly recommended Dr Arora and I'm very happy I went to see her. Dr Arora's bedside manner and professionalism are greatly appreciated! She also saw me within 24hrs of my hospital discharge. Her staff are also very caring and professional.

At one time Dr. Arora was a competent, attentive physician. She is never available for appointments. She spent a total of 5 minutes with me and 4 of the 5 minutes was not related to why I was there. I have insurance and paid my copay at the time of my visit which was 4 months ago. I received a bill in the mail today for $150.00. Ironic that the reason I had an appointment was simply for a referral to see a specialist, of which all bills have been paid. My insurance provider advised that the bill has not been paid because they have requested the medical notes from Dr. Arora several times to no avail. So, Dr. Arora just bills me! When I called to discuss the bill I was rudely informed that the office does not handle billing questions. The phone number provided to me is not in service! Wow!!!!
