Dr. Rupinder Kaur Sandhu, MD

Because of her negligence, incompetence among many other serious medical and ethical faults my Mother was removed from Mary Washington Hospital to a nursing home without no explanation to me other than it was Medicare rules. The only words I ever heard from this dispicable doctor was my Mother had to go because she wasn’t being treated for anything. My Mother bad pneumonia and a UTI which was not tested for or treated for over days upon having symptoms. She died three days later. I was never told she was dying and about the option of hospice or placing her in Palliative care at MWH. I blame and hold accountable this incompetent, negligence, cold excuse for a doctor on my Mother’s premature death. She should never be able to practice medicine again. She ruined my life because it the way she ended my Mother’s life. She should if she has not already, be punished.

Dr. Sandhu and her staff are always courteous and professional. Dr. Sandhu is a great doctor!

Dr. Sandhu and her staff are professional and courteous. You can tell they really care about their patients. The wait times is but a few minutes and the doctor actually spends time with you.

Dr. Sandhu does not have a professional answering service. Her staff answers the phone only after you receive a voice message. In addition, she was to follow my services in the hospital and it took several pages to her for her to respond. Her staff is nice enough, but attempting to obtain appointments requires leaving messages. It's just not worth the rather impersonal service. In addition, she is a newer physician who just isn't as qualified as others. I have found.
