He takes will not let you go until he has figured out your problem. I like that he is very thorough.

Great MD and staff! He spent time with me and diagnosed me with what he said was an urgent issue. He said he was going to try and get me in for a STAT CT scan. I have been to other Doctors before and know some times STATs take days to get set up by the office . While he was explaining the procedure and what it entails there was a knock on the door and the guy who schedules appointments for him (Tommy, I think) came in and already had me set up that day within the hour and had a Map of where I was to go for the test!

For nearly a decade Dr. Shroff has managed my care across the spectrum as my Primary Care Provider. He REALLY does care about his patients! How many MD's send nearly 30 minutes (yes I timed it) with a patient and engaging you as a partner in your care. He asks questions, he listens, he explains, and he even calls you after 9PM just to make sure you are OK (he called me post-op). In my opinion he is the flagship for Duke Medicine and all they represent.

I am a retired RN, and most of us are on the look-out for excellence in our personal physicians. Dr Shroff is the most outstanding physician that I have ever had in my 75 years of life. I have lived in several states and have had numerous physicians but not one of them can hold a candle to him. Thank you sir.

Dr Sharoff takes the time to get to know you as a person as it pertains to your health. He follows up with his patients, even after hours, if the information is important and can not wait until office hours.

I had Dr. Rashid as my physician for quite some time. I was so happy and very satisfied with his attention I followed him when he changed his practice to another location up until I moved. His bed side manners and the time he takes to talk to his patients and his attention to detail and the very concern that he show to his patients is amazing. He is the kind of physician you trust, and want all your family to see. I recommend him for any one especially with long history of some sort of condition as he can diagnose correctly and help you get the relief that you need.

Dr. Shroff has done a fantastic job at taking care of my Chronic condition and running the necessary test to diagnose me properly. He has excellent bedside manner and is very compassionate and professional. Duke Healthcare certainly put an excellent Doctor on Staff when they hired Dr. Shroff. He is fantastic!

Dr. Shroff is an excellent doctor. He is very thorough. He communicates with the patient and calls on the telephone with results of tests. His nurses and staff are friendly and caring. My husband and I feel well cared for.

Dr. Shroff has been a most thorough, caring, compassionate physician. He takes the time to listen to the patient.I understand he is moving to Harps Mill Internal Medicine. I wish him all the best.
