Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience I honestly don’t even know where to start with this one. My experience with Dr. Lee was a nightmare from beginning to end. First of all, the wait times were ridiculous. Every time we had an appointment, we were left sitting in the waiting room for at least an hour after our scheduled time. It felt like no one cared about our time. Once we finally got in, Dr. Lee didn’t even introduce himself properly or ask any questions about my child’s history. It was clear from the start that he was rushing through the appointment. There was zero communication – I felt like I had to pull information out of him. When I asked about treatment options, I got very vague, rushed answers that didn’t help at all. It was honestly frustrating. What really bothered me was the lack of empathy. As a parent, I’m already worried about my child’s condition, and I need a doctor who will take the time to listen and explain things clearly. Instead, Dr. Lee just seemed… annoyed by my questions and gave short, dismissive answers. He didn’t seem like he cared about my child or our concerns. I regret ever seeing this doctor. The entire experience was a waste of time and energy, and I’m now looking for a second opinion elsewhere. My advice? Stay far away unless you want to feel unheard, rushed, and frustrated.

He rushes through the visit. We seemed like just a number. He was late to come to the appointment and then spent maybe 15 minutes tops with us. He didn't listen and we had no time to ask questions.

Dr. Lee downplays the recovery process. He does not explain what to expect fully and is difficult to reach after surgery. You have to research everything yourself and ask specific questions.

I cannot begin to properly explain how grateful I am for Dr. Lee and his entire medical team! I recommend Dr. Lee with the utmost confidence and sincerity. When I found out my five-year-old needed orthopedic surgery, I was understandably concerned. Dr. Lee met my concern with tremendous compassion and understanding. He has been nothing but professional, warm, knowledgable, patient, helpful, and kind throughout our time working with him. I will also note that Dr. Lee always ensures my wife and I understand absolutely everything - including all of our options, potential complications, long term-prognosis, and any other relevant details - so we can make informed decisions about our son's medical care. When asked, Dr. Lee is also willing to give his professional opinion, which has meant a great deal to me personally. My wife and I trust Dr. Lee completely!

He operated on my son's knee, he is an excellent doctor, very professional, polite and patient, he always answered all our questions and my son felt confident every time he had his medical appointment. Thank you very much doctor Lee!

My doctor had an issue with her knee locking up and we knew it had to be something serious but since she is a minor I was referred to Dr Lee. Thank God for that because he has been awesome! Since the first day he has been very thorough, kind and attentive. He listens and explains everything even if I ask a million times. Unfortunately she had to get a meniscus repair surgery and he did a great job. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Lee was so patient, personable, and professional. My child had an emergent need; not only was he seen timely but he arranged his schedule is provide the appropriate care for my child. He clearly explained care, alternatives, and answered every question. With his honesty and information I know I made the best decision for my child. My child's fears were eased by Dr. Lee ability to convey medical information for a child to understand. My child was so appreciative. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lee.
