Forestview is the “dollar store” of mental health facilities in the area, no wonder they employ Doctors like Dr. Russle Brubaker no social skills, no compassion, Rude and weird but not in a good way.

Dr Brubaker is OK even though I don't feel like any headway was made in three years of going there required to fill out sheet with every visit but despite repeatedly writing that I was experiencing physical tics which are negative side effects of med I was on it was never addressed while trying to express my mental concerns was often cut off in mid sentence felt warehoused and always wound up feeling worse/more depressed when I left dreading when I had to go back Despite having scheduled appt always had to wait a very long time in lobby On the other hand staff in office are just horrible & inept Once had me sitting in lobby for more than an hour until Dr came out looking & sounding surprised to see me He had never been told I was there They are very rude & there always seems to be a different person who has no idea what they are doing While attempting to get my medications called into pharmacy because my mother had just died & I had to go out of gown for funeral & was having problems… with pharmacy stating that they had no such order I had to make repeated calls to office for help was essentially told too bad for me I was going to have to deal with it myself starting an argument with me until I asked for her supervisor who was very helpful This is where I would give a very poor rating Mental health facility indeed!!

There is not enough space toeplain all the negative reasons. If I could have an option of no starrs that would be what I would choose. Here is a list of what happened on my first and only appointment: kept me waiting over 2 hours ( the person before me was quite angry too and said she would not come back), brought me to his office after his last appointment before me because I complained about waiting another half an hour after the appointment before me was done and made me sit there for a half hour while he typed while he was standing up. How weird. Then I finally pulled out my tablet and played video games. Then he asked me ridiculous question that had nothing to do with why I was there. Then I told him I had been having suicidal thought and he went right on the the next question as if he didn't hear me and asked if I peed and pooped ok. Really? I asked for a different provider and called twice. No one will respond. I am left with symptoms and no one to be a provider. GREAT JOB PSYCH

I feel I have been helped the most by your clinical counselling with Mike Rinker.And with Dr.Brubaker with meds. Been suffering for years sense 16 years at least. With Pine Rear has never in all my impatient visits. Thank You
