As a first time visitor, he took plenty of time to review my history and tests, then gave very clear reasons for his diagnosis of what was significant and what was not. I felt very comfortable with his diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Beaty is very nice and thorough. The staff is nice and does a good job. The only negative is the wait time. Got there at 2:40 for a 3:10 appointment. Finally saw Dr. Beaty at 4:40. 2hr wait.

Everyone was super nice and helpful! Timing was great didn’t have to wait in the waiting room or patient room long!

Dr Beaty was in emergency surgery. I saw his Nurse Practitioner, named Sky. She did a good job.

8:00 am arrival and 10:05 departure. Waiting time was far too long. I arrived early for an 8:30 appt. I was called back at 8:47. Then had to wait an additional 15 minutes to had my blood drawn.

Waited 2 plus hours and left. Unacceptable!! Dr’s offices are the only places this can happen. Love Beaty and was looking forward to seeing him. Never happened. I felt so sorry for the people in the lobby waiting who were really miserably sick. I have a rescheduled appointment. Hopefully this will not happen again……

Dr Beaty and his nurse assistant Skye Vise are the best! They are knowledgeable, caring and explain conditions and treatments thoroughly. I’ve always gotten quick response on the patient portal. Highly recommend them.

Same as last appointment. Sat there for about 4 hours l. This time I left at almost 5 without seeing any physician because I can’t see at night and I drive over an hour for my appointment. My appointment was for 3:30. I got there 2 hours early to hopefully get out of there by 4. Lots of people complaining! I asked for a refund for my $50 and was told I would get one but we shall see. The physicians are awesome when you get to see them!!

Dr Beaty is Awesome! So kind, knowledgable & caring. The staff is friendly . Because he is spread so thin, I totally understand the need for so many Nurse Practioners and for routine visits, I'm ok with that. Just feel better when I see him,especially when I'm reallsick! I do not like the new location!!!! Parking is too far from the front door for compromised patients to walk and many if his have breathing difficulties. The efficiency has also changed. Can't put my finger on it but something or someone behind the scenes make communication more frustrating. The patient portal is getting slower responses. Last October I requested a pen refill and 18 days later it was sent to pharmacy! I know it is not Dr Beaty’s fault! He has his hands full caring for his patients! But, I am grateful to be one of his patients and willingly wait the 2-3 hours it sometimes takes to see him. Just go prepared and take a book!!!
