I feel very fortunate to be part of a profession that I truly enjoy. This makes each day fun, especially when you are blessed with a great team! I love it when my patients share with me many moving events that have taken place in their families’ lives, whether it be happy or sad. It makes me feel like I am a part of their family!
Education and Continuing Education
For my dental education, I attended Ouachita Baptist University before entering the University of Tennessee in Memphis, where I graduated Dental School.
Although my formal education is complete, I always strive to stay current with the latest dental methods and technologies. As a member of the Tennessee Dental Association, American Dental Association and the Seattle Study Club through the 4th District Dental Association, I am able to keep up with the latest research in dentistry that will benefit all the patients in our office.
In the Office
After …20 years in practice I still truly love what I do! Being a dentist for me is all about helping people, and that is my passion. Seeing the thankful smile on a patient’s face after relieving them of a toothache means the world to me. I also love the expression of gratitude I get when I have changed their smile from one they are embarrassed of to one they are proud of!
I am truly lucky, as I have the greatest staff ever. Their performance as a team as well as the kindness and compassion they show for each and every patient is irreplaceable. At our office, we like to think of ourselves and our patients as one big family! We love it when something great happens to someone in our community. Everyone here gets very excited when one of our patients wins the $100 gift card given away each month for a new patient referral!
Family Life
My wife, Heather, and I have beautiful twin daughters, Kalie and Gracie. I am grateful to raise my daughters in such a friendly and welcoming community! In my spare time I am very active at the Third Baptist Church, and teach high school students there. I also enjoy tennis, riding my motorcycle, and going to a lake or the beach with my family.

Reviews on Vitals are submitted by users only. Recognizing the valuable insights these reviews offer into a doctor's reputation, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Importantly, providers cannot delete or alter reviews independently. Reviews can only be deleted or changed following an internal assessment by our customer service team.
