Dr. Russell Mitesh Cerejo, MD

I had a video visit changed to yesterday w/o any communication. Just pops up in MyChart and I get an email about the new time. Arranged my time, waited 20 minutes then called the office. Woman berated me b/c I hit the wrong number for the specific doc. Put me through to the correct support person who didn’t answer the phone. Disconnected the visit b/c it is almost over. Dr. came on with a few minutes left. We spoke at most 10 minutes as I had returned to doing my job. His nurse called today to say he wants my Pcp to take over prescribing my meds for my neurological disorder. Not feeling well cared for.

I was referred to this physician through two other specialists and was stunned by how much time he had taken to study my past medical records and apply what he learned to my current situation. He carefully, patiently explained test results and options and asked for my input. What could have been a rather intimidating experience turned out to be a most positive one. He is a very kind, compassionate man. Dr. Cerejo's background at Cleveland Clinic simply adds to his expertise. His nurse, Ms. Stephanie Johnson, was a complete pleasure as well. I recommend this practice without reservation!

Dr Cerejo’s knowledge and care in treating stroke patients was a life saving event .His expertise in treating a vertebral stroke with thrombectomy and stent was outstanding. He is also very kind and compassionate with patients and families.
