About Dr. Chang
Dr. Russell Chang is well known in the community as a warm and caring professional who delivers outstanding treatment results. He works closely with general dentists and dental specialists to provide the best treatment plan for each patient.
Dr. Chang also teaches in the orthodontic departments of the University of Southern California and the University of California, Los Angeles, schools of dentistry. He received his dental degree from the University of Southern California and his orthodontic specialty training from Northwestern University with a Master of Science degree.
Dr. Chang's Family
He has served as president of the Children's Dental Foundation at Memorial Hospital and the Rotary Club of Los Alamitos and has worked with local charitable organizations, including the Casa Youth Shelter and the Boys and Girls Club of Long Beach.
Dr. Chang's professional affiliations include the American Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, the …American Dental Association and the Harbor Dental Society. He  is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and also belongs to the Fellow American College of Dentists.
