Dr. Russell Clyde Collins, MD

Dr. Collins is a rarity nowadays. The only doctor I have encountered here in Tallahassee who is not only a natural smart but has compassion for his patients. I had a stomach issue once for more than two weeks with no cure. I went to my primary care doctor who is useless and didn't cure me at all. Went to Regional ER which did so many tests but didn't figure out what's wrong and I paid $100 for co-pay. Don't know where else to go then thought of CHP Urgent Care. Went there and thank God for Dr. Collins. After just an hour or two of what he prescribed to me my stomach issue was healed. He gave me detailed instructions of what to eat and what to do for this issue. His prescription and advise are always accurate. I know this because he has helped me several times in the past after going through several stupid and greedy doctors. Thank God for this kind of doctor. I probably think he has a good heart in real life because it is reflected in his work and how he treats his… patients.

Saw Dr. Collins on a sunday evening with temp over 102. He was very professional and quick to get things right. He showed immediate concern and administered med himself to lower temp and outline a treatment plan to head off pneumonia including a breathing treatment right on the spot. Thank you Dr. Collins.

Dr. Collins is a good at listening to you. He is concerned and shows it... he makes going to Urgent Care a better then usual experience because he makes you better and if he can't he sends you to the ER with orders instead of just sending you over there to wait for hours with no direction. I will work hard to keep Capital Health Care because of caring doctors like Dr. Russell Collins.
