Dr. Russell Wayne Craig, DO

I went for a scheduled office visit and found the office closed. I am a long time patient, but never got the letter. Have no idea what’s happening. Excellent doctor, but very unprofessional manner to end relationships of over 20 some years.

I was impressed with my first encounter with Dr. Craig. He ordered a sleep study for me and discovered that I suffered from restless leg syndrome. At that time he ordered a medication to help. At that time he told me "We will start with this medication but may need to alter doses or try other medications. After a week I realized that the medication prescribed was causing night terrors and discontinued taking it. After waiting a week for a call back (I had called again in the interim) his receptionist told me that Dr. Craig recommended a neurologist for me to call. So much for helping me and trying other medications. He did not even have the courtesy to speak to me himself. This was the response I received after waiting 20 minutes on the phone. I was so hopeful that Dr. Craig would be able to help me improve my quality of sleep. I was wrong! Don't make my mistake.

This is the worst office. Stay away. They make their money by making up erroneous missed appointment charges. Very rude office staff. Don’t waste your money.

Worst service by staff and doctor! Don’t waste your time or money.

My first visit with dr Craig I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes. Then I was asked if I wanted to reschedule. I was placed on antibiotics for more than 8 weeks. While on antibiotics I got a sinus infection. I called the office several times to see if I could be seen. I was given an appointment that was a month away. I have taken two ct scans and still no answer. They can’t even return your phone call. I will not be returning. Go somewhere else! They have no problem charging your insurance! The only option I have is giving this dr one star. It’s worth zero stars!

I went to the office in Macomb to see an ENT specialist, instead I saw a PA. Tests were completed, but was given more of a sales pitch for tests that were not necessary. Follow up visit, still didn't see the Dr. I was told I would see, instead I was seen by 2 residents. My initial visit was for a follow up, I was solicited for surgery for something a previous unrelated Ct found performed by another ENT. A bonus, the doctor has a skin care line. I never saw a Dr. that I requested or one of his colleges.

Dr. Craig is literally the best doctor I have ever encountered in all of my over 63+ years! He is knowledgeable, kind, patient and respectful of the medical issues you are seeking to resolve. He has that special "detective" quality that is not satisfied until real answers are discovered. Most of all he is human in that he has empathy and understanding of why you seek his treatment. Truth is, most do not enjoy going to see a doctor. Not the case with Dr. Craig, for every time I have sought treatment from him I have walked out feeling better than when I entered. Know that this level of excellent medical treatment extends to his staff - especially Danielle and Jenna. If only every doctor and staff were like Dr. Craig's!

IN December, 2016, Dr. Craig performed septoplasty and rhinoplasty to corect the problems. In addition, I cam out with a beautiful nose and perfect breathing. Dr. Craing is very caring, thorough and brilliant. He knows what he is doing and is very experienced. I would trust him with any surgery and know that he will always give me up-front answers to my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Craig!
