Dr. McDow made me comfortable right away. Seems like a quiet and introspective guy but puts you at ease with easy and relatively direct conversation. In his office, he was very affable and professional. The day of my surgery he was focused, all-business, and I appreciated that. On our follow-up we spoke via phone and it was a great, easy going informative phone call. Would go back to him for surgery in a second! Also, my recovery was quick! Also, I must mention that Erica was very professional and set up my surgery almost immediately. Great customer/patient experience!

Excellent Dr. , prompt, courteous, answered all my questions, little quirky...not in a bad way, actually he is quite funny. put me at ease. very relaxed. I think his blase attitude is funny and it actually helped calm me down.

Dr. McDow put me at ease right away - he reassured me that a past medical nightmare would not happen under his care and he was 100% correct - wonderful doctor - took excellent care of me and if I ever need surgery again Dr. McDow is the one that will be doing it

Handling of appointments and schedule is the worst I have ever experienced. Every single appointment I had was rescheduled. prepare to be rescheduled over and over. The office staff calls to reschedule with a flippant attitude. The doctor spent a whopping two minutes with me on the first appointment and just left me hanging in the room. I could not be less happy with my experience.

Dr McDow was great. Really down to earth, friendly. Almost dissarming with just how friendly he is! Definately helps relieve some of the anxiety with his calm demeanor.

Dr. Mcdow is a funny guy, kind of Patch Adams like. Which removes some of your fear of surgery in general. Very sweet , would use again. Came highly recomended.
