One of the best doctors I have ever been to. He actually LISTENS when I talk to him about what issues I am having and responds accordingly. I was having a horrible prolonged period of congestion and cough that I had been to my general practitioner about 5 times in less than two months. I went to Dr. Otto and he listened to everything I was dealing with and what I had tried. Then he used a camera to check my throat and was very thorough in his explanation of what he believed what happening and how to go about resolving the issue. After that I decided to get my deviated septum surgically corrected by him and both the surgery and recovery went perfectly. He is great at giving detailed explanations for everything and my favorite thing is I feel heard as a patient. He always listens and takes when I have to say I to consideration. I cannot day enough positive things about being one of his patients. I highly recommend this practice. The staff are also friendly and extremely… helpful!

Dr. Otto and his staff are efficient, caring and thorough. Having cared for 5 elderly and 4 kids I have met many doctors and medical practices. They could all take lessons from how well this practice is run. Dr Otto takes time with his patients is thorough, and truly shows empathy. Note: he has turned my quality of life around incredibly-but it has certainly taken following directions too on my part. Having struggled with allergies for a lifetime I am more symptom free now, than when I was a child by a huge margin. Love this practice!

Although my allergies are primarily seasonal, I have had them all my life. I apparently accepted my symptoms to just be normal for me and thought my only alternative was to take medicine to manage them. That was two years ago, then I met Dr. Otto and committed to learning a better way to live. Under his direction, I learned how to make healthier decisions and feel better than I have in years! Life presents unexpected challenges at times that forces change. My openness and motivation to live a healthier life resulted after the death of my husband of thirty years at only 53 years of age. Never expecting to be a 51 year old widow and mother of three, I became determined to improve my health and do everything in my power to be here for my family. The bottom line, my allergies have improved, my energy has increased, I have fewer colds, I have lost the extra stubborn pounds, and have transitioned to eating healthier without feeling deprived of my desired lifestyle.
