First of all— I am a law student, and I know informed consent. This man did not provide it. Nor did he provide care. He ruined my bite, my teeth shifted and my smile aesthetic was ruined. He dismissed me for a year. He belittled and laughed at my concerns. He said they were unfounded. After a year he told me that of course my teeth hurt, moved, and my bite wasn’t fixed! I DISLOCATED MY JAW. can you imagine falling and a year later still having a dislocated jaw? AND IT WAS $5K!!! He’s a scam artist with bad fillers. Cut the face injections and go live on the coast dr. Rainey. You’re ruining young people’s smiles and ability to eat.

Dr Rainey charged over $30,000 for doing my LVI Bright Smiles procedure (Which was done incorrectly from everything I've been able to research). I have been left in extreme daily pain for years after his procedure. I have teeth that he "supposedly" performed root canals on that hurt. This isn't supposed to be possible. I have a cyst/infection in my mouth that is clearly visible that they would even poke at and refuse to acknowledge anything is there even though it bleeds and pusses with touched. After the LVI Bright Smiles proceedure I was left with little tunnels under the edge of each tooth. As they used a special device to clean them, I believe this was done purpose for repeat business. He had me come back over and over every three months, and everything three months there were teeth he wanted to do again at over $3,500 a pop. He's more than willing to finance it with interest. After he realized I was on to the scam, he stopped coming in my room entirely while I was… there. I feel sorry for the few staff members that are really nice. But this place is one giant scam, and charges over three times what any other dentist in town does for anything. Too bad I let him scam me so long I couldn't sue him. This man is a criminal and should be punished, and as such I will continue to harrass the State's Attorney weekly until something is done about it. He also tries to sell his wife's life coaching services out of the building. Ever since they moved to that new building. It's been one gigantic scam operation. Anxiety free dentistry? Yeah I don't think so. I can't even drive past his building without having panic attacks from remembering all the pain he's put me through. They use things they KNOW will give you a panic attack to cut corners and save time, even when they are well aware this is the case, and they have other things they could do. DO NOT GO HERE. You are in danger of being in pain for the rest of your life, with no acknowledgement at all.

I was not happy with pricing and not happy with outcome.

Dr. Rainey is both competent and caring. Not only does he do his dentisty effectively and efficiently he takes the time to make you understand what is the condition, what options exist, and what will be the progmosis. Very good and very caring.
