Dr. Russell Wayne Stevens

Dr.Stevens is one of the best doctors I've ever seen, He is kind,, compassionate, thoughtful, understanding and well educated in his expertise & profession. He explained my condition in layman terms so that I totally understood why and where my pain was coming from. I've never had a doctor explain to me the findings on my xrays, mri or any other test that was preformed like Dr.Stevens did. My neck & back was severely injured in a car accident yet I never knew that with one wrong move I could be paralyzed for life until Dr.Stevens explained my xray/mri and explained my condition and how careful I needed to be. Most doctors I've seen ordered test on my neck & back, wrote me prescriptions yet never explained to me why I continued to live with pain even after having multiple surgeries, epidural block's as well as strong pain medications until I started seeing Dr.Stevens. He is the best doctor in the field of pain mgmt I've ever met, he knows his stuff when it comes to explaining what is… wrong with a person up against their xrays, mri's and anything else they bring to him. All in all he is a great doctor as long as you can pass ur urine test he requires each & every month, I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Dr Stevens was the best most caring Dr. I've ever known! My daughter and I changed to him after I found him by accident! He left suddenly from his practice, and we were devistated! The other Drs. were very rude to his patients and didn't care about what we needed, and wouldn't tell you anything about where he went! I've still not been able too find a good Dr. I know they are out there, I just need to be pointed in their direction! I truely wish though, that I could find HIM! Good Luck wherever you are Dr. Stevens! You are missed!

My son & I were both treated on an ongoing basis by Dr. Stevens, and I felt truly cared for. He had an excellent bedside manner and definitely considered you as a whole person, not just based upon whatever the physical symptoms were. I also felt he was thoughtful and very considerate in his judgments of our conditions. However, we were left in a precarious situation, because he suddenly left his clinic for some unknown reason. The clinic was not very considerate of his patients either. No phone calls, no letters, the other doctor refused to see any of Dr. Stevens patients that were left without the prescriptions or treatments they needed. I believe he probably left to go back to where he previously practiced for some reason, but I sure do wish he was still in our area. I trusted him so much, and he knew so much of my history, now I have to start from scratch with someone who does not take the time with me that Dr. Stevens did (not that I don't think my new doctor is a bad doctor… however, fortunately). I'm posting this comment for the mere reason that I would love to know where he is currently practicing, as I'm sure there were extenuating circumstances for this to have happened. I wish him wellness & success wherever he may have went.
