Office staff EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude and incompetent. The receptionist should all be fired, along with the head of the billing department. The head of billing is rude and can't be bothered to do the bare minimum to verify insurance coverage. She came out front only so she could be rude to me and make herself feel better about not even being able to verify insurance coverage properly. The office staff has lied to me on several occasions. They will tell you your insurance has denied things, when they haven't even sent the request to your insurance company. Then they will tell you, your insurance company requires you to come in for an appointment in order to tell them a medication isn't working, in order to be placed on the next medication. ** THIS IS NOT TRUE** They lie and lie..... Completely unprofessional. It doesn't really matter if the doctors are actually good or not because there's no way to avoid the rest of the office staff. So, save yourself A LOT of time… and frustration, just find another doctors office. I have heard Dr. Dominick Sudano is good.

Was receiving good care until about a few months ago when my lupus got worse and the doctor treating me seemed very annoyed that my symptoms kept getting worse and kept popping up as I had to keep making appointments with her. She was extremely rude and in our last appointment hinted that if I kept having issues Aka my lupus got worse she would have to put me on medication that would make me infertile. I am a 23-year-old woman who wishes to have kids in the future so this was heartbreaking.. She was extremely Nonchalant about it and had no remorse for any stress or emotional discomfort she may have caused me. Extremely unprofessional and do not recommend
