Very caring and proficient in her field. It's nice to know there is someone so dependable that you can call at any time when needed.

This is an office that the sate courts consider that meets federal standards and guidelines. My ex takes drug test here. He can do the drugs that morning and still pass a drug test. The same with his wife. Arrested for heroin, yet continues to pass a drug test! This lady is a quack!!!

Rudest doctor I've ever seen. Charged me 65 dollars than misdiagnosed me. Waited for my prescription and never called it in. Had to go to the ER to get correct diagnosis which had it gone untreated I'd be having surgery and she'd be in jail for mal practice. The office is extremely dirty with dead fish in the fish tank and she herself was very dirty and had me questioning whether she was high on drugs at one point. Stay away from this doctor she takes your money and doesn't render services. Horrible experience I've ever had with a doctor.

Dr. DeHaven has been my Primary Care physician for 15+ years. to say I have been more than pleased is an understatement.

This office was extremely unorganized and dirty. Two very young girls were working as receptionists/nurses and took down my medical history on a random scrap of paper with no formal paperwork filled out for the office at all (highly unusual for a new patient). The entire office was dirty from the waiting room to the bathroom to the actual exam room (tubes of stuff leaking out onto the counters, random smears of stuff on the counters, and dog hair everywhere - yes there was a dog walking around the medical office). On top of all of this - the Doctor told me she couldn't help me at all and that I should just get used to the problem I was having. She dismissed any and all questions I had for her as pointless, and proceeded to sit down and complain about her own problems for 20 minutes like she had nothing better to do. WEIRDEST experience I've EVER had at a doctors office and biggest waste of my time and money.

Dr. Dehaven in my opinion is very caring and listen and talks to you so you can understand' I use to hate to go to a doctor but she is different. She doesn't think she is better than you which immediately makes you feel good.'She has always been right on target with her diagnosis. A wonderful lady'

I have been a patient and dealt with this unprofessional staff for a year now and I am now looking for another doctor. I am constantly on them about prescription refills because they don't like to write the prescription they like to call them in. I have had several incidents where my visits were documented and we had to play the reminder game... I would love to file a complaint about this office, but don't even know where to begin. I wanted to speak with the doctor about her unprofessional staff, but Dr. Dehaven only speaks to patients "under life or death circumstances"which was the response of her staff. Very disappointed and would never recommend this practice to anyone!

she never even went over my test results. tests she sent me to have taken at the hospital, that cost a fortune. in fact she came in and asked why i was there. then she didn't have time to go over tests, because she didn't know that is why my appointment was made, to go over the test results. A waste of time. terrible, unorganized. filthy facility and insipid employees.also, her hygiene is very poor.
