a waste of time and money. went to her due to sagging skin of neck and lower face. i was 30 years old then and she said she wouldn't do an actual lift on me because i'm too young. she recommended thermage, which, at the time, cost me $3000. and it did absolutely nothing. i went for a checkup a month after the procedure, then again 6 months later, stating my dissatisfaction and showing clear evidence of before-and-after photos which showed zero change. she refused to acknowledge my concerns, and, when i went back a third time, she simply refused to see me and sent her rude, aggressive head nurse to 'deal with me' (her words, not mine) instead. i was heartbroken. it took me 6 years to save that money and be able to do something for myself and it all went completely down the drain.
