Dr. W is awesome! She treated me with kindness and helped me figure out what was going on. Without her I'd be in immense pain. I will go to her as long as I am able.

Dr. Williams is super helpful and cheerful. When my condition didn't improve thru regular means, she found an alternative to try which worked wonderfully.I had a medication question and asked thru the portal. I got an answer the very same day and I was very appreciative.

Provider was given only a short time to deal with my care. There was a three month backlog before I was able to see the doctor. In that time my skin condition had changed. What had been the initial problem had mostly cleared up, but a new problem had arisen. The doctor said that she was only budgeted the time to deal with the initial problem and gave me a lot of information that I already knew. She told me that she didn't have the time to look at the new problem and that I would have to book another appointment for her to deal with that problem. The next available appointment was in 3 months.

Dr Williams contacted us as soon as the biopsy results were in. She took the time to explain the care my mother Gloria would need. She made sure we were caring for my mother's wound properly at home.
