Dr. Ruth Carol Martens

I saw Dr. Martins about 25 years ago. Therefore, this review is somewhat delayed. I personally saw her and also took my son and daughter. She found the perfect homeopathic remedy for each of my children. My son's 'temporary ..off and on..leg paralysis' has not recurred in since he took the remedy....25 years ago. My daughter, who was unable to remember anything she read, was able to be certified as a paralegal as well as an AA at the local community college. As for myself, Dr. Martins told me she thought I had a deep tumor in my right breast. A mammogram revealed nothing. However, 6 years later, after moving to another state, I had a benign breast tumor removed from that same breast. When first spotted, it was the size of a golf ball when my husband could feel it and the size of a baseball 3 days later when it was removed! Many times, I have told friends that I would never go to Dr. Martins for her bedside manner...she is all business. However, I would always choose her… to make any medical decisions that needed to be made. Results are more important than 'touch-feely' bedside manners. My children still remember her (positively)....even though, today, they are ages 37 and 39 respectively.
