Dr. Ruth Reeves, MD

We scheduled a Teledoc virtual visit this morning for a rash my son had and it was Dr. Ruth Reeves that called us. She was more than thorough and explained what she saw in the photos we uploaded. She was kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. I noticed another review said this, but I agree so I’ll say it again, I’d rather see Dr. Reeves over any of the other doctors we’ve used since living in Texas. She was wonderful!

I used the BCBS virtual site and Dr. Reeves called me to go over my symptoms. This was on a Sunday. She called in a prescription for me at Walgreens close to our house. I am grateful for the online app process.

She was very kind and caring. She even gave me a RX for something to help me sleep even though I didn't ask for it, but had just mentioned not sleeping well because of being sick and other issues. I would actually prefer to go see her again over my PCP.

I felt better in a few hours. Spot on diagnosis!

Dr. Reeves is very young, but what she lacks in experience, she more than makes up for in care, compassion, and current standards of care. She took EXCELLENT care of me, and figured out a problem that had been undiagnosed by other physicians (who thought it was all in my head) on our first visit.
