Dr. Ruth Ehrman Tedaldi, MD

I have been reading a lot of reviews about Dermatology Partners some very good and others complaining about the wait and the "not so courteous" staff and decided to write my thoughts about the office. I have been going to Dr. Tedaldi for approximately 6 years. I have sensitive skin, sun damage, and I am an extremely nervous person. I've had IPL, Botox and Juvederm. I bruise and sometimes after a treatment I will have redness and swelling. Each time, I email the office, and on one occasion, Dr. Tedaldi gave me her email address so that I could send her a photo of my face, and she called me to explain that I was going to be fine. (The results of my treatments were excellent).The doctor also said, call me if you have anymore concerns. Dr. Tedaldi not only is an excellent doctor, but she knows how to handle me. She understands my nervousness and is very patient with me as well as her staff. That being said, when the doctor or doctors are running behind, I understand that the… expertise in this office is well worth the wait. So, when I read some of the reviews about patients complaining about the wait and complaining about the staff, I ask, "How often do we willingly wait in line to purchase a designer bag or shoes when there is a sale at one of our favorite department stores or how often do we wait to be seated when we've made reservations at one of our favorite restaurants?" Oh, and yes, I travel from the coast of RI to Wellesley for my appointments, and I'm also in sales, working with many different personalities........
