If you have Anthem, and use the online K-Health Chat and get 'Dr. Cunningham,' end your chat. She will not assist you. Everyone knows what over the counter meds are available to treat viral infections and sinus issues, especially 'Dr. Cunningham.' That's all she will offer. You are better off talking to your local pharmacist if you cannot get in with you PCP. Her service was no better nor genuine. Good luck getting anti-biotics from this gem in our medical system. Give me your card info and move on!

We had an appointment with Dr. Ruthann Cunningham for an abscess tooth that I had I was requesting amoxicillin and she turned me down for it and I desperately needed them told me to call my dentist I was in the midst of calling him but I need something to get me by until the week after where I could afford to get it done but now she turned me down like I was asking for pain medicine or narcotics or something Dr. Ruthann Cunningham is a very unprofessional rude doctor and I recommend nobody go Cesar I want to continue to write reviews like this because she should not be a doctor thank you Michael Dunbar

she seemed pretty clueless and gave me unsafe advice about which medications to take. she does not provide treatment, just wants to give personal advice. her emotional regulation was shockingly poor and she struggles with self control. her attitude was pretty heinous for a health care clinician. im confused about this person being a medical doctor. she was more like a bitter school principal

Extremely rude to the point of mean. I would NEVER recommend her, I truly don’t know how she still has her license. Her communication style is rude to the point of confusing (why is she so rude??) and she doesn’t treat, she wants her pay for your appointment and has no intention of actually helping her patients.

I can't even get to if she was effective or not. She was so rude to me I refused to continue the meeting with her. She kept telling name that she has 20 years experience and cases are the same. She's extremely arrogant and rude.

Dr. Cunningham was professional and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed when meeting with her and I found her to be personable and easy to talk to. I would see her again if I needed to.

She is not capable of diagnosing medical problems. She said that her patient was able to diagnose herself. I just want to ask her if the patients can diagnose themselves why do they need to come to you? It seemed like her phone call from somebody was more important than explaining the problem to her patient. I would just say that be careful of her diagnosis and please reconfirm her diagnosis with other docter.Thanks.
