Dr. Ryan Matthew Almeida, MD

Let me start of with this guy is a QUACK!!! He is NOTORIOUS FOR BS INJECTIONS that at BEST don’t work AT WORST maim you or make you worse! HE DOESNT care if this happens he just continues to push the maximum number of injections he can legally get away with filing insurance claims on BASICALLY INSURANCE FRAUD @ the cost of his patients well being!! Now he knows the only thing he does that helps is give out his pathetically small dosage pain med prescriptions HE USES THAT LIKE COERCION BLACKMAIL, because if you say no more failed nerve blocks they tell you NO MORE PAIN MEDICINE!!! This “”dr”” NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED for healthcare FRAUD. Oh there’s a bunch of his patients that are turning him into to Alabama state medical board for these reasons. Please I BEG YOU BEWARE OF THIS INJECTION MILL!! Oh and lastly you will meet him once at the beginning then it’s all NURSE PRACTITIONERS with a #OpioidHysteria based on Junk science like #MME So #DontPunishPainRally

I have been under the care of Dr Almeida for chronic pain for three years now. Pain block procedures on my neck and spine area brought me relief I haven’t had in quite some time. My pain meds and excercise therapy have made my life wonderful and pain free for the most part. Job well done by a hands on won’t give up on you kind of doctor. Thanks Dr Ryan Almeida.

Have been a patient in this location since 2009 my first doctor left and returned to Huntsville I chose to give almeada a chance as I drive an hour to this office already it would take 3 hrs to go to Huntsville ,first thing my test came back wrong I was made to feel I was lying about this and then afterwards they realized I was not ,,then the wait has continued to get longer either for office or blocks I never had to wait over 20 min ,,staff in the place are quitting left and right ,just one block out of 4 that he's done has worked and I'm not real happy with all the talking and teaching instead of taking care of patients do that on your time not mine ,the last office visit I waited out in lobby 45 minutes then in the room another 45 while back there I heard talking about a computer program ,new technologies etc I'm wanting to just walk out I was in so much pain but didn't ,,but thought you need to get busy with your patients not chatting about electronics

When dr.almeida took over for my more experienced pain dr I was skeptical ,rightfully so turns out ,,first block was great last 2 he's wasnt getiting the job done ,,then there's the wait my appointment was at 930 I got out at 11 ,then the test came back wrong turns out they got me and someone else mixed up not sure I trust him yet

A doctor that is willing, and genuinely interested in trying to help with a complicated problem= Awesomeness in this age of unimaginative, color by numbers, this is what we do, you are too complicated, pass the buck healthcare.

Dr, Almedia was extremely helpful and professional , even though he had to refer me to another doctor, he was instrumental in helping me with ending my chronic pain.

I cannot stress enough how this practice and Dr. Almeida have changed my life. I'm only 31, but have been struggling with chronic illness and pain for almost 5 years. I had little to no luck with any doctors in my area and now drive almost 2 hours to see this doctor. I saw immediate results as far as proper diagnosis, testing and comfort care. Dr. Almeida is ALWAYS genuinely concerned and never hesitates to check up on me whether it be by phone or email. While he does practice in pain management and he does prescribe me pain medication, he also continues to fight for my wellness with other alternative options; he continuously goes above and beyond his realm of expertise. He medicates his patients VERY APPROPRIATELY and truly watches out for their best interest. I would trust this doctor with any of my family and friends. Out of all the doctors and specialists I have encountered, Dr. Almeida is HANDS DOWN, the best, most caring and professional doctor I have met. If you need a doctor to… fight to make you well, rather than just handing you tons of pain pills and turning away, this is the doctor for you.
