Dr. Ryan Neal Archie, MD

I was there for mental health reasons. He was rude, dismissive, and verbally aggressive. He arbitrarily took items away from me every couple of hours. I was working on coursework for college on my computer and he took that away about halfway thru my ER stay. I wasn’t given a reason, but in my chart he said that I was “looking things up to get worse.” LIAR. He seemed like he wanted to punish me for being there and was disgusted that he even had to deal with my case. He refused to allow me to call anyone to let them know I was there. When I wouldn’t eat breakfast, he muted the tv and took the remote. He told me I’d watch muted news until I ate all of the food. This was absolutely criminal. I wasn’t psychotic or crazy. I went there, asked for help and was treated this way.

Excellent care in the Emergency Room. Reset my dislocated shoulder perfectly. Efficient and prompt. Acted in a timely manner to alleviate severe pain. Highly recommended.

Very dismissive of my symptoms of MS. My pain level was an 8 and he did nothing, refused to place me back on cortisteroids for the intense, debilitating inflammation that has had me unable to keep balance, fell twice, in constant pain, numbness of hands, arms and legs. Was told to just rest and deal with it, and sent me home with a migraine, sweats, confusion and pain. Losing hope in medical profession and moving back to a state and doctor that will actually treat the cause and not just slap a bandaid and say deal with it.
