Dr. Ryan R Asterita, MD

Dr. Asterita is very caring and really listens and strives to find underlying causes to help you feel better. He combines a practical view with listening and problem solving to help his patients. The only complaint I have is the office staff (not nurses), which can be the opposite. They may ignore you and make you stand in line for 10-30 minutes (pre-Covid), rude, belittling, etc. I just deal with it & ignore it, but I've seen some patients that get very upset. It would be an easy fix for them, they just need a better office manager. But all worth it to see Dr Asterita. Please note, this is a large office with many doctors, so I'm sure Dr Asterita is not in charge of the office staff.

I was quite impressed with Dr. Asterita. I found his scope of knowledge in a particular subject relating to my health to be wide ranging and thorough. This was my first visit with him, and I would say he spent nearly 30 minutes with me. He literally went through page by page of the forms I completed and asked pertinent questions. I’m thankful I found him!

Always on time, short wait times, and really listens to get you well the best and right way. I took a shot in the dark when I moved from Chicago last year. I actually had two major medical problems come up and Dr. Asterita cared for me better than most doctors I've seen in my life. He actually listens, reviews, and got me in very quickly when I became very ill. I feel very comfortable and cared for with Dr. Asterita as my GP!
