Dr. Ryan N Baxter, DDS

Ryan Baxter charged my insurance for an X-ray he had only taken to boast. I brought this charge to his attention and he tells me that the copay is only 3$ so it’s no big deal. I tell him it shouldn’t be billed and he replied he could take that 3 bucks off my bill. I contacted my insurance and they followed through with Dr. Baxter. He told them that he hadn’t meant to charge the X-ray. So he lied. Charged my insurance and lied later on that it was an accident.. after telling me I shouldn’t care about it since my copay was so low. Fraud is obviously not his only issue. Dr Baxter shouldn’t be practicing, doing so for community health just goes to show the quality of work community health as a whole is currently offering to the public. Certain health systems in this town are working to make needed improvements. Community Health clearly needs to be looked into and held accountable for providing quality care and running a legal practice.
