Dr. Ryan David Burklund, MD

Dr. Burklund takes time to listen to the situation, educate you on options and come up with solutions as well as hear any concerns/questions. Highly recommend.

Dr Berklund was very friendly and courteous. However, his staff is completely incompetent. The day I was supposed to receive my first injection, I called ahead to make sure everything was good to go before I made the drive from Cheney to the Valley office. The receptionist said that everything was good to go, so I made the 30 minute drive out there. Once I arrived, I was told that the machine used to help guide needle placement was inoperable and that they would not be able to do my injection. I'm not sure why she didn't mention this only 30 minutes prior; would have saved me gas and time if she had. I had to reschedule and get up even earlier the next day so they could squeeze me in. Then, on my follow-up visit a month later, I arrived early, filled out paperwork and waited for my appointment. After waiting 50 minutes, I was told that Amber had not forgotten about me and would be with me "shortly". I told them that they had 10 minutes before I walked out. After waiting 1 FULL HOUR, I… told the receptionist I was leaving and walked out. And I better not get a bill from them for simply checking me and providing no services. Complete incompetence! Needless to say, I won't be going back!!!

I really like the dr and staff here. They are all very professional and patient. Dr. B. Gives the best injection I have ever had. I would trust them with my 90 year old granny. What else can I say?

Each time you have a appointment they count your pills and check your urine. The past two visits they claim I had alcohol in my system. I am 76 years old do not drink and have not had a drink in 50 years. They refuse to see me and left me without pain mgmt. Both of my knees need to be replaced and I unable to walk very far.

Dr Burkland has done more to get to the root of my back pain than any other Dr I have seen in the last twenty years. Highly recommended

Out of the other 6 Pain management specialist that I have been to, I have to say that Dr. Ryan Burklund, MD is the BEST pain management specialist physician. Dr. Burklund has done more for me then any of the other Doctor's. I would highly recommend Dr. Burklund to everyone.
